SHIPPING POLICY

Please read about our shipping policy below and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 

We ship from our warehouse located in Atlanta, GA. Depending on order and delivery location, we use either UPS or USPS. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are delivered by USPS with an additional charge of $10. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

We usually ship same or following business day upon receiving your order. Depending on delivery location, please expect from 1-5 business days from we ship to you receive your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read about our return and exchange policy below and contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 

If you are dissatisfied - for any reason - you may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise value provided the item(s) are new and 100% unused and in original packaging. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. You will be responsible for return shipment cost. Finally, we cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear or use and abuse or failure to follow use and care guidelines for the product(s). PLEASE NOTE: Item(s) purchased with special promo campaigns and discounts are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
